All Members of the public are welcome to attend any of the meetings which commence at 6.30pm. An opportunity will be afforded to Electors of the Town and Parish of Bognor Regis to put questions to the Council during an adjournment shortly after the meeting has commenced. (NOTE: Electors are encouraged to put questions in advance, in writing, and that priority will be given to such written questions. Questions should be restricted to the functions of the Town Council). This does not apply at the Annual Meeting or at any Extraordinary Meeting which may be called.
Please note that Minutes are published as soon as practicable after meetings but are draft and subject to ratification until approved at the next appropriate meeting.
Refreshments will be available and any donations to the Mayor’s Charity will be gratefully received.
