10k race

The best and this year even better 10k race on the south coast for able, disabled, wheelchair and fun run competitors. The course is fast and flat and so it's perfect for a new PB. The race starts at West Park in Aldwick and follows the Bognor Regis Esplanade through Felpham, it then returns all along the sea front back to West Park. The course is fully marshalled throughout with road closures as necessary. All finishers will receive a superb medal, race tee shirt and fabulous goody bag.

Following an energetic warm-up ensuring that all entrants are race ready, the first event of the day will be an even bigger fun run for the younger athletes, it will start and finish at the main race start and this year we are hoping for 300 entrants. All runners will get a medal and lovely goody bag.

Last year we opened up the event to wheelchair and visually impaired entrants and we are hoping to attract more competitors for this separate category which will start at 10.15am.
The race village will be open in West Park from early in the morning for breakfast, coffee and soft drinks, don't forget to get there early for the "Warm Up" to make sure you are in tip top condition to run.

The medal ceremony will take place at mid-day.
The race is licensed (2020-39096), certified accurate by SEAA and promoted under UK Athletics rules.
