WSCC Flood Investigations

WSP have been instructed by West Sussex County Council, to carry out an investigation of flooding that occurred during Storm Ciaran in 2023 and Storm Kathleen in 2024 across West Sussex. Listed below are the areas that were affected by flooding for each of these storms.

Storm Ciaran, November 2023:

Yapton (Arun District Council)

Bognor Regis (Arun District Council)

Shripney (Arun District Council)

In order to collect information from affected residents they have create an online questionnaire. Parish Council to optimise the level of responses and therefore information we receive. All responses need to be submitted by the 15th of September
