Town Crier wins Award at Armada Cup Competition 2024

Bognor Regis Town Crier, Jane Smith, took part in the 2024 ‘Armada Cup’ competition on the weekend of 26th July 2024.

Spread over three days, and hosted in Plymouth, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth, Jane was delighted to have been presented with the ‘Best Dressed Crier’ trophy, at Plymouth on the first day of this prestigious competition.

This is the latest of many ‘Best Dressed’ wins for Jane, made all the sweeter having made the regalia herself!

Jane said "we had an absolutely fantastic weekend, spending time with some of the very best Town Crier's on the circuit!"
