Schools Pea Growing Competition

The Bognor Regis in Bloom judges were witness to some fabulous pea plants for this year's schools and nurseries competition!
No fewer than 8 entries were received and the judges were blown away by the enthusiasm and excitement of the children on their visits!
Everyone did a fantastic job and the children were fully involved in the growing process from potting their plants to eating their produce and taking photos of the growing process along the way!
In the end it came down to two entrants that the judges couldn't split! A massive congratulations to joint winners Edward Bryant School- Year 1 (above right) and Happytime Preschool (above left) who were judged as the best of the best and presented with a certificate and voucher from our Town Mayor, Councillor Phil Woodall!
