Adoption of the Arun Local Plan (2011-2031)

Arun District Council adopted the Arun Local Plan (2011-2031) at the Full Council meeting on 18th July 2018, in accordance with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended), The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended) and the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004.
The Adopted Arun Local Plan (2011-2031) can be found, accompanied by the Policies Maps 1-4, Adoption Statement, Environmental Report and Post Adoption Statement and Inspector’s Report, on the Adopted Local Plan page of Arun District Council’s website: https://www.arun.gov.uk/adopted-local-plan

Please note there is a six week challenge period whereby any person aggrieved by the adoption of the Arun Local Plan 2011-2031 on procedural matters, may make an application to the High Court. Any such application should be made by 29th August 2018.
The Adoption of the Local Plan means that all previous versions of the Local Plan are obsolete.
