Youth Groups Competition

Our annual Youth Groups competition is hugely successful, with hundreds of entries received each year, and is open to all organised youth groups in Bognor Regis, Pagham, Aldwick, Bersted, and Felpham, including Scouts, Guides and Cadet organisations.

Bognor Regis in Bloom assigns a specific theme each year, and entrants are asked to draw/paint/collage a design for a floral display that reflects that particular theme. For 2026, the theme for groups taking part is ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’, to celebrate 25 years since the film first premiered in November 2001.

The winning design, as chosen by Members of the In Bloom Working Group and the Mayor, is planted up as a flower bed in a prominent location at Bognor Regis Mini Golf in Waterloo Square for all to see!

The winner will also be invited to an awards presentation at the planting location, where they will receive a prize and certificate from the Mayor.
