Community Conversations

Bognor Regis Railway Station

26 Apr 18 - 15:00 to 18:30

Share Stories, capture insight and shape how public funding is spent

Community Conversations is a grassroots project supported by On Our Radar and funded by Comic Relief, bringing together people across the UK to share stories, capture insight and shape how public funding is spent. Working with arts organisation, The Brick Box, they are touring Britain hosting a series of ‘electric fireside’ chats to delve into community ideas and solutions around burning questions.

The team will record conversations and follow up with a month of filmmaking, which will be gathered and shared as set of interactive online stories. Discussions might look at topics such as;

Are we a divided nation or a thriving society?
Are the youth the future or our failure?
What will make our streets safer - police, politics, or people?
Is the NHS worth saving?
Does the government represent the people?

Entry to the event is FREE. Go along and bring your friends, family and neighbours and stay for a few minutes or a few hours! Tea and coffee is on them!
