DEMENTIA FRAMEWORK WEST SUSSEX 2014-19 REVIEW
TELL US WHAT YOU THINK!
Our five year plan for dementia care and support, the Dementia Framework West Sussex, was launched back in 2014. We are now keen to hear from you about the progress that has been made. We also want to know what more needs to be done to ensure people affected by dementia in West Sussex can live well.
If you would like to give us your views, please do so using our on-line surveys. The surveys will run from the 21st May to the 30th June (deadline now extended to 22nd July). To access the surveys, please visit West Sussex County Council’s ‘Have Your Say’ portal.
There are two surveys; one designed for all West Sussex residents including people living with dementia and their family and friend carers. This survey can be accessed by following this link:
