Rules:

1. Entry is open to everyone.
2. All designs must include the words 'Bognor Regis in Bloom'.
3. All entries must include your full name and contact details, for the purposes of administering this competition. All information will be held in accordance with the Town Council's Privacy Statement.
4. Designs must be submitted and received by no later than 23:59 on 30th May 2024. A few days will be allowed for postal entries to arrive.
5. You may enter only one design per person.
6. The logo must promote Bognor Regis in Bloom. Explore the Town Council's website and the RHS website to see more information on In Bloom.
7. Winning logo must be reproducible on small and large scale on various surfaces and adapt well to electronic and print media.
8. The design and editing of the Logo must be the sole work of the entrant and should not contain copyright material.
9. All digital entries must be submitted as or one of the following formats: PDF / JPEG / JPG / PNG and should be no larger in total than 10Mb.
10. Judging will begin in June 2024 by the Bognor Regis in Bloom Working Group.
11. Your design might be used fully or partially. The final logo will be the artistic impression of one or more of the designs received.
12. Winner(s) will be announced by the end of June 2024 on the Town Council's website, and notified via letter or email.
13. The Working Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that does not, in its judgment, comply with contest rules. Decision of the Working Group is final.
14. The winning entrant will have their photo included in the logo contest announcements on social media.
15. The Committee reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition at any time. This includes the right to not select a winner if, in its sole discretion, no suitable entries are received.
16. Any Entry submitted as part of the Competition becomes the property of Bognor Regis in Bloom, and it may use the Entry (or elements of the Entry) for advertising campaigns and/or marketing materials in the future and may alter, modify or revise the Entry as it sees necessary.
17. If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that Bognor Regis Town Council and Bognor Regis in Bloom Working Group may use your name, image to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

• Make sure the logo is immediately recognisable to Bognor Regis in Bloom.
• Simple is often better than too much detail - remember, the logo will be used in different sizes.
