WSCC Supporting Lives, Connecting People Survey

West Sussex County Council is proposing to make changes to the way we deliver adult social care. As part of this process a survey has been issued to gain people’s views on the proposals in advance of the Leader’s decision on the operating model which will be taken later this year.

The survey is intended for people who use our services, their families and carers, voluntary and community organisations and all local people who have an interest in adult social care. The survey can be accessed at the following link:
