Upheld Code of Conduct Complaints Against Cllr. D. Enticott

During the summer of 2018, three complaints were submitted to Arun District Council (ADC) regarding the conduct of Town Councillor Damien Enticott. In each complainant’s view, Cllr. Enticott had breached Bognor Regis Town Council’s Code of Conduct.

These complaints were considered by ADC’s Assessment Panel on 17th October 2018.

Following a hearing and deliberation, the Assessment Panel determined that there had been numerous breaches of the Town Council’s Code of Conduct and in view of the severity of the breaches, recommended a number of sanctions to the Town Council.

These sanctions were considered and approved by the Town Council at the meeting held 11th March 2019. Part of the sanctions require the publication on the Town Council’s website of the Assessment Panel’s decision for each of the three complaints and these maybe accessed using the following links.
