Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner attends Annual Town Meeting of Electors

Published: 19 March 2018

At the Annual Town Meeting of Electors, held at the Town Hall on Monday 19th March 2018, residents of Bognor Regis took the opportunity to ask questions and raise issues concerning policing matters with Mrs Katy Bourne, Police & Crime Commissioner for Sussex.

Discussions included the level of anti-social behaviour within the Town, business crime, spates of vehicle crime, concerns for public safety and the apparent lack of police presence on our streets.

Mrs Bourne's response to the issues raised can be found in the Minutes of the meeting here.

Some of the questions put forward to Mrs Bourne had been included in the Sussex Police Precept 2018/19 leaflet, a copy of which can be viewed here.

Victims of crime who had experienced difficulty in obtaining a response from Police, when calling to report a crime on the 101 number, were reminded that reports can also be made online to Sussex Police here.

Further details for Mrs Bourne, and information about the work that the PCC Office does, can be found here
